At no time did we feel pressured to act fast, rather she educated us on the kind of market we were in and a recommended selling timeline. She showed us comparable houses and what she expected our home to sell for, which was WAY more than we had anticipated if we were to have sold on our own. With a newborn and toddler , she was empathetic to having to get a house “show ready” with little ones and gave us ample time to put our house on the market. The professional photography and marketing of our home helped to get 16 viewings, allowing us to set a deadline on bid offers after a day and a half on the market. During the bid review, Jamie presented all offers to compare them side by side. Her extensive knowledge in this industry helped us to determine which was the best and safest offer to accept. Our closing at her office was seamless as her staff was very efficient. If you are looking to sell or buy a home, I would encourage you to meet with Jamie and her team.
